MOT
MOT tests check that important parts on your vehicle meet legal road safety and environmental standards. The MOT test for a vehicle is normally due once a year on the anniversary of its last MOT or the third anniversary of its registration (if it’s a vehicle’s first MOT).
MOTs at Osborne Garage take an average of 45-60 minutes. The parts checked during an MOT range from steering and suspension to seatbelts and we will provide you with an MOT certificate upon completion.
Our brand-new Bradbury MOT equipment was recently
installed to do class 4 and class 7. It is £39 for class 4 and £45 for class 7.
With the new equipment, it reduces the time to do an MOT, making it more
streamline and only 1 person to do it.
If your vehicle fails its MOT you will be given a refusal of MOT certificate (VT30) and must be repaired and retested before being able to drive it legally.
You will be given 10 working days to rectify the failure otherwise you will have to have another test.
